  Do not undermine social stability by spreading rumors and disturbing social order. Do not violate the law by spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, doing violence, murder, terrorism and abetting crime. Do not insult or slander others and infringe on the lawful rights and interest.

• 5. Do not transfer file including disturbing,illegal,slander,taut,threat, worldliness, obscenity information. Do not transfer file that abets crime. Do not transfer file related national security. Do not transfer file violating local regulation, national law and international law.

II. That provider using this platform to provide Wi-Fi service must follow following principles.

• 1. The platform owner does not provide other service for the users accessing to the free Wi-Fi and do not be responsible for them.
• 2. Regarding the account of free Wi-Fi, we offer service by abiding by following principles.

  Do not make user’s contact public.

  2.2

  Respect user’s privacy without opening, editing and disclosing user’s information, unless there are legal licensing requirements and the public security management regulations.

  2.3

  Reserved rights for determining whether the user’s behavior conforms to “user agreement”. If the Wi-Fi provider considers the user has violated the agreement, he will break its account.
